Verification Code not Working during NS8 Protect Installation


You are installing NS8 Protect in your eCommerce environment and have received this in your email:

Please enter this verification code in Protect ZZZZ.

You are confused about what the verification code is because when it is entered, you received the error:

Validation failed


The verification code is only the 4-letter code that is received in your email (i.e., ZZZZ in the above example).

If the code isn't working and giving a failure, then open a Support request with us, so that your onboarding process can be reset, a new code can be generated and sent to you to complete the NS8 Protect installation.
