High-risk Orders not Showing in NS8 Protect App


You have newly installed the NS8 Protect app and are trying it's features. A high-risk order was created recently on your eCommerce platform, but it's not coming up in the NS8 Protect app.


This behavior is expected for all the orders that were created before the NS8 Protect app installation on your eCommerce platform because it is by design that NS8 Protect cannot track/evaluate orders or mark any orders as fraud that were created prior to the installation of the NS8 Protect app on the eCommerce platform. Any orders created after the app is installed are visible to NS8 Protect and are tracked automatically for analysis, fraud detection, and fraud prevention.
