You have received some high-risk orders recently on your eCommerce platform, but these orders are not showing up in NS8 Protect after applying the appropriate filters and thus, the EQ8 scores assigned to them also cannot be seen.
This issue happens if you have recently installed the NS8 Protect app. NS8 Protect by design cannot evaluate or review orders that were placed before it's installation or during a time period when the app was uninstalled and then reinstalled. After the app is installed, all the sessions and orders will be scored and analyzed automatically.
Also, due to this design, any support for the orders that arrived before the NS8 Protect installation is also out of the scope of NS8 Protect's Support team.
